Podcast (10 minutes) - In this week’s episode, we cover the myth of whether weights stunt growth and the short answer is no!
It’s a huge concern from a lot of our parents and a question we get asked a lot. Resistance training is actually significantly less impactful on joints and growth plates than the typical impacts seen in running and jumping based sports.
